An advertising poster for US-based Trans World Airlines (American Airlines since 2001) founded by Howard Hughes in 1930. The airline included European destinations by 1945. They were renowned for their travel posters putting a great deal of resources into finding the best artists, the best known is David Klein who produced many iconic pieces which are now highly desired collectors items.
Condition
The Galerie only deals in original vintage posters. As such, each poster is unique and may show signs of age. We think this is part of their authenticity and beauty! However, we are more than happy to provide a condition report.
